By downloading or using Manner Navi Japan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the App

Manner Navi Japan is a free iOS app that presents Japanese etiquette and manners as simple ○ / × / △ reference cards across everyday situations. The App is provided by Lumina AI Co. and runs fully offline; all content is bundled inside the App.

2. Reference Use and Accuracy of Information

The App is a general cultural reference for travelers. Manners and rules in Japan vary by region, facility, season, and individual establishment, and can change over time.

• The content is provided for general guidance only and does not guarantee the rules of any specific venue, region, or operator.
• Cards marked △ ("check first") indicate situations where the rule depends on the specific facility — always confirm locally.
• When in doubt, follow on-site signage and staff instructions, which take precedence over the App.
• Lumina AI Co. is not responsible for any inconvenience, dispute, fine, or other consequence arising from reliance on the App's content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App or its content.
• Reproduce or republish the App's text, pictograms, or other assets without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content — including the etiquette text, card layout, pictograms, and design — are owned by Lumina AI Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Some icons are based on Apple's SF Symbols and are used under Apple's terms.

5. Price

The App is provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no advertising, and no in-app purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina AI Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
